In the spring of 2006 I graduated from Michigan State University with a BS in Mathematics with a minor in Chemistry. From 2006-2013 I taught advanced mathematics at Bendle High School. While teaching full time, I began the Master of Arts of Educational Technology from Michigan State University. In the fall of 2013 I eagerly embraced the role of instructional technologist at the Genesee Intermediate School District where I continue to support 21 local school districts and 12 public school academies by providing training in a variety of instructional technologies, helping districts strategically integrate technology into the classroom, designing virtual content for blended and online courses, and reviewing the effectiveness of online courses.
